In other instances, a mediation may be most successful in resolving internal disputes within a business or organization. For these situations, we also offer full mediation services for disputes in all business and civil matters. Our Attorney-Mediator can conduct a medaition on-site, at the client's office, or the parties in dispute may mediate at our office location.

Mitchell Jones, the Executive Manager for The Martinez Jones Law Firm, PLLC, received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University Texas.
Mitchell Jones was born to parents who were each successful entrepreneurs, so at a early age he was touched with the spirit of entrepreneurship. Mitchell has now spent 16 years in business fields such as retail, technology, insurance and law. Mitchell Jones also has a decade of experience in business management with companies like Dell Inc. and Footstar Inc.

Attorney, Aurora Martinez Jones, works with juveniles and families to resolve disputes and to help the family navigate through the juvenile justice system when children are faced with criminal charges. Consultations for these matters require participation by both the parents/guardians and the child themselves. Representation in these cases may also include appearances in the juvenile court.

People may mediate their conflicts with or without attorney representation for most disputes. Mediation is voluntary, flexible, economic, fast and confidential. We can offer mediation for almost all civil matters including child custody and divorce.
