We are a Texas civil law firm based in Austin. The firm was founded in 2007 by attorney Aurora Martinez Jones. Our primary practice areas include Personal Injury, Wills, Probate and Real Estate.
The firm also takes clients in Houston and other cities in South and Central Texas.

Mitchell Jones, the Executive Manager for The Martinez Jones Law Firm, PLLC, received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The Concordia University at Austin.
Mitchell Jones was born to parents who were each successful entrepreneurs, so at a early age he was touched with the spirit of entrepreneurship. Mitchell has now spent 14 years in business fields such as retail, technology, insurance and law. Mitchell Jones also has a decade of experience in business management with companies like Dell Inc. and Footstar Inc.

The Martinez Jones Law Firm, PLLC is a participating firm in the University of Texas at Austin's Intellectual Entrepreneurship Pre-Graduate School Internship. Our firm accepts students from this program each semester as legal interns in our office.
Additionally, Aurora Martinez Jones, the firm's attorney, is the founder of the University of Texas at Austin's pre-law organization, Minority Women Pursuing Law. As of 2009 the attorney has begun an internship program with this organization and has invited students to intern with her at The Martinez Jones Law Firm, PLLC each Spring semester. Mrs. Jones is still actively involved with this pre-law organization as a proud alumna.
